Jared Spool gave an excellent presentation titled: ”Magic and Mental Models: Using Illusion to Simplify Designs”. He knows how to hold and audience, he’s funny and the subject matter was excellent. Thankfully he’s publishing the whole presention as a PDF. When it’s available I’ll link to it.
